Ther was, according to me, no book on food and cancer... no "good" book,
except the huge WCRF-AICR 1997 and 2007 reports.
Very interesting, and full of sicnece, but... too big for "normal" people.
I am happy to tell you that Conner Middelmann-Whitney's book, entitled
Zest for Life: The Mediterranean Anti-cancer Dietis really a "good" book: good science, good recipes.
The only thing I disagree with is the insistance of Conner to advise "organic products"
Nothing wrong with organic (les produits "Bio"), but no science behind to tell they prevent cancer.
However, the remaining of this book is excellent, mostly extracted from the WCRF-AICR report.
And the recipes are tasty and delicious
